The SteamBake button in this oven adds steam at the beginning of the baking process. The steam cooking keeps the dough moist on the surface to create golden colour and tasty crusts while the centre stays soft and tender. Assisted Cooking is your at-home sous chef. Scroll through menus to select a food category and the oven will generate the correct settings for the dish. You can even choose how you would like meats sealed. And for added safety the oven automatically powers down after cooking. Select how you would like your food cooked insert the Food Sensor and your oven will do the rest. The ovens Slow Cooking function is great for replacing your slow cooker and freeing up some space on your work surface. Set your starting temperature and after 10 minutes the oven will lower it down to give you those tender results you can only get with slow cooking.
