Step 1: Check if you've been migrated
If your business uses a Commercial account and has been migrated, you’ll have received an email from
noreply@thegoodguys.com.au.
To find it, search your inbox (and spam/junk folders) for the subject line:
"Your Account Is Ready – Reset Password To Get Started"
It includes:
- A link to the new website
- Your login email address
- Instructions to reset your password
Step 2: Already reset your password but still can't log into the new platform?
Even if you’ve received the email and activated your login, issues can still occur.
In this case, please contact us directly for support:

Step 3: Not sure if you’ve been migrated yet?
If you haven’t received a migration email, your account may still be active on the current Commercial
website.
In that case, please continue to log in and place orders using the existing platform until you’re
notified.
