The cast iron cooking grills split in half so you could replace one grill with an optional Weber Q hotplate (sold separately) to have prawn skewers sizzling at the same time as steaks grill on the opposite side. Plus with the optional Weber Q Convection Tray and Q Trivet (sold separately) your Weber BBQ converts into an instant oven by creating a convection cooking process with the lid down. Use the swing out work surfaces for holding utensils and keeping your marinades close by while the removable drip tray makes cleaning easy.
