Why hasn't my order been delivered together?
Your order may be sent from multiple locations and can arrive separately on different days. We do this so we can get your products to you as soon as possible.

Your 30-day credit account is currently on hold. This may be because you've reached your credit limit and need to pay existing invoices to free up funds. Why does my quote expire in a few days?
The Good Guys Commercial will ensure we are passing on the sale price to you that is displayed in store or the retail website. If these prices are cheaper than your contract pricing, the date, the sale ends will be your expiry date.
My quote has expired but I want to go ahead with it. How can you help?
By sharing your quote details with our team, we will look into this price with your account manager. From here we will issue you with a new quote for you to review.
I am not a commercial customer can I request a quote?

How can I check if this item available instore?
Our website will show you if the item is in stock at your selected store. On the product page enter your postcode under “Check Stock / Delivery Cost’. Details of the store with stock available closest to the postcode you have entered will display. If no stock is available in the area closest to the postcode you entered, you will be shown delivery only options.
I have have requested a manual order, and you are asking for payment upfront. What does this mean?
When placing orders with The Good Guys Commercial we do require cash customers to pay for the goods prior to us ordering or holding stock for you. This ensures your order is ready for you when needed and supports a smooth delivery.

Can I place bulk orders on the website?
When shopping online we have quantity restrictions of 5 units of one product, per order. This does not include products that are restricted to bulk quantitiess i.e Apple products. When you need more than 5 units of one product, please contact us HERE so we can assist you further.
