Returns, refunds and repairs

How can we help you?
Sometimes things can go wrong with your products, this can happen from day 1 or somewhere down the track. The Good Guys Commercial is here to help you with whatever crops up. 

Returns

Please inspect your items as soon as they’re delivered. If the product is damaged or not what you ordered, contact us HERE as soon as possible. We recommend getting in touch within 7 days of receiving your delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Except where required by law or if the goods are faulty (see Sections 15.5-15.7), all returns must be approved in writing by The Good Guys Commercial. We reserve the right to accept or reject return requests at our discretion. Bespoke, indent, or customer orders cannot be returned. Approved returns must be prepaid by you and will only be credited or refunded if they are in saleable condition, sealed as delivered, and accompanied by the necessary documentation (customer name, address, account number, invoice number, reason for return, and approval copy). Approved returns are at your risk until they reach our place of business.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer extended warranty on goods purchased through The Good Guys Commercial.

Where you need to return an unopened and unused product you can take these to your closest store. Please ensure you take a copy of your invoice/ dispatch advice. If your item is big and bulky please contact our team HERE.

Refunds 

Refunds from our website can take 5 to 7 business for a refund to appear in your bank account.
